Hey I made an order last night (about 9 ish), bought a bag for £45 down from £90, a purse £10 down from £20, but then used the Welcome code, and my gift card, and it came to £15, plus delivery £22. I've just looked on the email, and it's coming up that they charged me £42, is this normal? Slightly panicked now!

Also, hope everyone who got thier bargain shoes and bags enjoys them

Yes it's normal - the gift card comes as part of the payment if you see what I mean.

i just got through to someone (finally!!) and my next day delivery is being refunded, and I will have my lovely lovely boots on Monday :j

Thank you for popsting about the sale OP. I had 2 giftcards, hadn't got round to using them. Just ordered myself a pair of daytime flat boots and some killer heels. Used welcome code so it was £38 delivered, that's my xmas pressie off OH.

Now going to order his xmas pressie with my other giftcard, we have £50 spend limit this year on each other so this has maximised what we can afford on our budget!:D

I've just registered my Elle gift card and it's showing a balance of 0, but I've not used it. I get my Elle by post, so the chances of anyone else having taken the code are slim. Does anyone have any ideas? Not sure if I'm missing something really obvious???
