Conservatory quotes - all very confusing

I have two quotes for a 4.6m x 2.5m conservatory.

Edwardian Conservatory
Blue glass roof.
French doors.
Floor skimmed
Wall heater fitted
Wall lights fitted

One as quoted £10750 as their best price - One has quoted £12k but hinted that they would come down.

Specs from £12k one exclude blinds but include what they tell me is a far superior frame and glass

Very confused and would welcome any light shed on the difference in quality.

I would go with the 12k Quote, possibly see if they will move a little, but with how detailed and what is included in the Quote I would think it looks like the best deal. Ask if they have a couple of reference sites to view and ask how efficient they were, any problems etc.

Ask them to knock a couple of grand off (especially at this time of year and in the current climate). It's unbelievable how much they make on windows and conservatories.
