old girl! ..... in need of advice

Hi
Any ideas on how much the following would cost
New heating system boiler and pipes plus rads for 3 bed bungalow
pointing several small areas
new windows as original now old do not open, etc. say 6 windows
new kitchen small galley style
Plaster several about 5 ceilings [cover artex]
I now this is a big list, but I need some ideas as I am fed up of people ripping me off. I dont know if its becasue I am disabled or single old girl who knows!! Just some idea chaps.
