Hi Matt

I expect there has been a few on here at some point who have done.

Was it these that sold and set up your policy?
If so then as you know you pursue them, but otherwise whoever sold you the policy are the ones you complain to.;)

Have you made a start on yours?

hi i am trying to get some ppi back on my ford credit at the mo am doing it through a ppi company though so will let u know if i hear anything n wat the outcome isxfingers crossedx
