Has anyone use Webbasket on Amazon.

Hello.
As from the title i am thinking of buying a refurbished item from Webbasket that are on Amazon Marketplace.
Has anybody used them before and what are your opinions of them please.
I was after a dvd/hdd recorder and i sent them an email and the reply was it came with a 1 year warranty and as new. They also have a website outside of Amazon http://webbasket.co.uk/ .
On Amazon the feedback is 96% good but they don't give much detail.

I dont know if my post was clear but Webbasket is a shop that sells through Amazon and not the shopping basket that you put items in.
When i looked at the title i thought it may have been confusing to some.0 -
