Medical and travel insurance for non-uk residents

Hi All,
I have invited some of my relatives to UK. As I would be liable for any of their medical emergencies, I want to make sure that they have got full medical and travel insurance while they visit UK. I would prefer to buy such an insurance from the UK.
I dont want NHS to be exploited if any medical emergency does arise. I wonder if there are any insurance companies which provide medical and travel cover for non-uk residents.
I will highly appreciate any help at all.

Think they need to take out insurance in their country of residence before they leave.0

Yes they need to take out travel insurance from the country where they are resident. Otherwise you can get insurance from https://www.worldwideinsure.com or https://www.worldnomads.com0
