Has anyone heard of this company?

Someone I know just got her credit card statement and there is a transaction in it which is worrying her.
It relates to a company called 'my cover' or 'mycover' located in Bognor Regis. The credit card company states they are a plumbing and heating insurance company, but she only remembers paying Sky for some sort of TV insurance.
I think i found the company website http://www.mycoverinsurance.com/
Its filled with dead links and I guess would fool someone with the untrained eye.
It is apparently a registered company (bottom of the website) but I dont know how to prove this; I'm assuming its easy to register details on online websites whether you have a real company or not.
On one site, it said the company number was register on the 8th Nov 2011. Her card was debited 10 days later. Convenient?
The site has a number: 08717034125. I told her not to call it because if the site looks fake the phone number might be one of them dodgy premium ones. Sure enough she couldnt get through to someone after waiting 10mins but that might be because its the end of the day.
Anyone know anything about this?

According to the FSA register, My Cover Ltd (same address as that on their website) are no longer authorised. Indeed, they only started on 26hth August this year and were deauthorised on 1st November.
Also, the office doesnt exist. It is a virtual office and dozens of companies use the same postal address. Its a bit like a PO box but allows them to appear like they have a posh address.
Looking at companies house, the company was only incorporated in August 2011.
There was a principle company though which would likely carry the liability for any sales made. This is UK Insurance Solutions Ltd

That website also has TV cover mentioned. Maybe she thought it was Sky?RedEye2008 wrote: »The credit card company states they are a plumbing and heating insurance company, but she only remembers paying Sky for some sort of TV insurance.
I really don't like that website and the FSA info.0
