Hi blakeles,
I too went Bankrupt in 2003, discharged Jan this year.
Ive had a BOS / Halifax a/c since I went B, and theyve been great.
Originally came with Solo card, now a Visa Electron card..altho' Ive just discovered that many sites online will accept the card, if you put it thro' as a Visa card!
Theyve now provided me with a chequebook, which is handy also.
DDs / SO facility / great online banking too.
As for CCs, you could try Capital One, who offer a 'Secured card' to pretty much anybody, so long as youre 'Discharged' and youre not on the 'CIFAS' register.
Just be careful not to end up in the doo doo again!
Cheers,
Jack0
