I was wondering if anybody could help me.
Feb this year i purchased a custom built pc from pc specialist at a cost of £1100. I have had nothing but problems since it arrived. I have sent it back about three times to get parts replaced and have also had to have various parts sent to my house so i could change them. I have contacted citizens Advice who told me the only thing i could do was to let them keep repairing it until they got it fixed so the last time i recieved it from them back in july it still wast right as i had to clear an error before windows would start up. I was so stressed at the time i just accepted it so i didnt have to send it back. Now im having bigger problems with it and i dont know what to do. is it to late to get a refund or do i just accept that i must let them continue to fix it. would be gratefull for any help. thanks
