Hi
I am considering my options in regards to 2 letters i have recieved from supermarket parking enforcers.
Instead of writing to them, is it worth writing directly to the landowners?
I rememebr some time back in when a ticket was issued to my car in Tecsos, i directly wen to them and they enured it wa s cancelled.
Any advice?

It will do no harm writing to complain about receiving the invoice. However don't say you wish to appeal just state that if its not cancelled you wont be using said supermarket again!0

I would save your stamps and just ignore the silly threatmail. When I have tackled retailers about private parking scammers, I was fobbed off with total BS about how most people are in favour of having the scammers to free up parking spaces for legitimate shoppers. All that will happen is you will get a few silly letters with empty threats that have no legal justification.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0

Seen Sainsbury's send out £40 vouchers if you complain about Euro Car Parks, especially if you are the keeper but weren't the driver.
You wanted to shove their pompous letter where the sun don't shine, but forty quid is forty quid.0 -

I hope that a certain recent thread-starter/poster who is male but uses a 'girly' user name sees this response, eh C-m.
