Has anyone sold their house to webuyanyhouse.com?
We have received a relatively reasonable cash offer from them which they say is the net in hand amount that we should receive and they pay solicitors fees etc.
I can't find any reviews on other websites of other's experiences of this particular company so I am unsure as to whether really they will end up cutting the amount down somehow and giving us a lot less.
Would like to hear if anyone has experienced them
Thanks

One word...dont.
They lure you in with an attention grabbing offer and then before you know it, you're twisting in the wind with costs crawling up and into every orifice and wishing you'd never set eyes on their advert. It's not illegal, but it's damned sharp.Debt Free! Long road, but we did it
