i really wouldnt expect it to arrive i ordered the same jumper from the hut and had the same message about awaiting stock pick so i emailed them and they said they were contacting there suppliers then 2 days later they cancelled order saying stockists couldnt deliver and they would be soon taking jumper off the site! its disgusting that they dont take it off immediately

so how long will we get a refund? i paid by paypal and payment is pending, i to went to check the status of order to find it was cancelled without notification

Had email to say mine was despatched only to log in after reading this thread to see its cancelled! Shocking, also having problems with a few items being delivered by Yodel... Sick of ringing these rude customer services, and being charged to wait unti lthey can be bothered to answer the phone, they dont help and dont seem to know what to do apart from pass it on to someone else to investigate!

Mine was cancelled too - poor show - I sent them an email - so will see what they say... dont think I will use them again ... - thanks for informing me of this - as I would have had no idea - so I now need to go into town to find a gift for the person - really peeved off!

Same story here - cancelled, no notification. My first buying experience at Zavvi will also be my last. :mad:
