I think the codes aren't valid anymore. The one I used has gone from the site.

I ordered the Hoody and the T-shirts for my OH for Xmas. Got an email yesterday to say the t-shirts have been dispatched but just went into my account to see if the Hoody had been dispatched yet to find they've cancelled it and not even bothered to let me know. Not impressed at all :mad:

Mine was cancelled too. Twenty minutes on hold to be told it was cancelled as it was out of stock! Mmmmm great customer service!

Well after being cut of twice by a manager before I even got to say a word. I've got £5 credited to my account to make up for my discount code no longer being valid and for the cost of the calls. (of which the first was on the 0844 number and the rest on the 01 number using my mobile minutes)

It does pay to moan at their dreadful customer service. I've ordered another top at £1 cheaper than my total order was before. Lets see if this one is shipped.
