I have recently paid for a weekend away with Premier Inn via a booking agent. I paid for the trip, part Arun Miles and part cash. The agent paid Premier Inn.

I have since made a complaint to Premier Inn re the poor service and quality of the room and have been compensated £92, which has been refunded back onto the card used to pay with. Unfortunately the card was the agents, and they are saying I can only have a cash refund up to what I originally paid and the rest in Arun Miles. As that is how I paid originally. Is this accurate?
