I bought 2 personalised calendars from printerpix via groupon on 11th November with the idea to give them to family members as christmas presents. I spent hours navigating their website and uploading pictures to use. I still have not received them and now the date for guaranteed christmas delivery has past. I have emailed countless times and was ensured they would be delivered in a couple of days, now they just seem to be ignoring my emails, as do groupon. Whenever you ring, the hold time is ridiculous - sometimes up to 30 minutes (baring in mind they charge 7p/min!).
Please no-one order anything from this website!!

Yeah i've got the same problem with them. I've got one calender that I ordered on the 8th of November (which looks !!!! by the way), and of the second one I ordered on the 12th there has been no sign at all! They ignore phone calls and don't reply to emails.
Frankly one of the worst companies I have dealt with! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I bought a calender on 6th November, still no sign and no reply from support! A competely shoddy and unprofessional service.
Would never use again!

I am getting very worried as I spent £30 on my brothers Christmas present, which is a collage of all his and his gf best pics from facebook. I have read the reviews about delivery and quality and I now wish I hadnt bothered as I ordered mine on the 1st December and I fear it wont come in time and its 50:50 in terms of the quality if it does arrive. I have emailed them and called them on their freephone number 0800 292 2452 and the 0844 and there is a message saying there is a problem with their line! I have seen that some people have called groupon and managed to get a full refund, I think I will do the same if I havent had a reply by tomorrow.0

I have finally managed to get through and they have guaranteed that all orders will be received before Christmas. Fingers crossed! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

So back to Printerpix.
I'm also having problems. Ordered the Groupon deal leatherbound album plus 2 copies on 17th. November. Nothing received yet, despite promised delivery dates. No reply to e-mails and a useless, unanswered phone number. Also no reply to my e-mail to Groupon. I see that Printerpix is not registered at Company House. Does anyone know if they actually trade under another name at their Ruislip base?0 -
They trade under printerink I think? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I spotted that today when I checked the address for Printerinks.com. It's the same! Forums on that company show the same sort of problems, particularly quality of goods. I've contacted Watchdog.0

I ordered 10 personalised calendars late October for Christmas presents and they only just arrived last week.
A few days after I placed the order my mum had a look at them online and ordered another 10 - which have not, as yet, arrived.
However, the 10 that have arrived look fantastic!"Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?" (Douglas Adams)0 -
Just arrived!
My 3 photobooks have just arrived. Most of the photos are ok but several are very overexposed, which they weren't in the originals. The leather cover looks more like cheap cardboard. If I had paid full price I would send them back, however, at the price paid, I'll put up with them. I'll use Snapfish or Photobox in future, having had very good results with albums bought from them.0 -

What is cheap looks cheap. I have used codes I have found on Moneysavingexperts for FotoInsight and the photo books look great.0
