Boobydoo Sports Bras - The best site I ever shopped at!

I have had such good service from this company that I felt it would only be right to tell others about it too. In fact, they deserve an award for their fantastic service. :j:j

Boobydoo supply a range of sports bras. Their prices seemed competitive, but the thing that tempted me to try them was the fact that they offer free returns.

Not only do you get to send any items that do not fit or are simply not suitable back FOC, but your next order is not charge additional postage, so you only pay postage once, and it is not a lot, only a couple of Pounds, but this does depend on how many bras you order.

If all companies on the web (and High Street) were this great to deal with, life would be fantastic. They are the kind of crowd you just want to support and because they treat their customers so well.

PS: I have absolutely no affiliation to this company. I found them by searching the Internet and have used them myself. I am no expert at the DSR, but I have just bought from another company - The Celtic Sheepskin Co., received the order and although my measurements fitted bang on with the sizing, the skirt I received did not fit properly.

So when I called I was told to return the item at my own cost for a refund (after paying £6 for initial delivery).

I tactfully made the point that it was not my fault that it did not fit (i.e. strange sizing), even though I had already explained all this quite clearly at the outset.

Only at this point did the company provide a freepost return address. Certainly not spontaneously and happily and a natural part of the transaction. I had to prove it was not my fault.

So does that make this lot not very good, or do they do the minimum vs Boobydoo doing the maximum??

This company also did not provide an address label to make the return really easy, which BB did. It all adds up to convenience and feeling looked after as a customer IMHO.
