Hi! I am no 100% sure this is the right thread, but I hope someone has some ideas. We got a Sky TV subscription in Aug 06, but they couldnt install for a technical reason & we've been chasing them for a refund ever since. We have spoken to the 0870 no 4 times & every time we have been assured that the cheque was on the way. I've now emailed them saying we want the cheque within 14 days or we will get advice about doing a small claim. What else can we do? What do we do if we do have to do a small claim? Your wisdom would be much appreciated!

TBH, best of luck dealing with SKY, i've just cancelled my broadband, TV package and Skytalk due to the complete and utter disgrace they call customer service..Its been intonated by their staff that i am a liar and have decided enough is enough. I've emailed bskyb.com with my huge list of complaints and I'm waiting for their response...nothing short of extensive grovelling will bring me to even consider going back to them. Their standards have really slipped.RIP Floyd - 19/04/09. I know i'll see you again my best friend forever.
