Q. Which famous French chef has Shuttersmith worked with this year?
A. Anjum Anand (not sure on this answer but she is the only chef I can find on his site) Can anybody confirm?

I'm pretty sure it isn't Anjum Anand, as she is not French- she was born in London (http://headline.co.uk/authorprofile.aspx?AuthorID=21345)
I have looked all over the site but cannot find any references to any French chefs at all- unless one of the photos in the gallery is one? Few faces I recognise there but none French. Will keep looking while I await coffee

Same here but I had to run out to work. I looked at Anjum's Wiki page and noticed she was fluent in French and as she was the only one I could find on there I plumped for her!!0 -

Didn't recognise all the other chefs but he was the only one 1 know is French.0 -
