There were about 6 left after I grabbed mine today at Bamber Bridge...
  • Tesco have reduced their Mary Berry xmas cake to £3.00 now and includes icing and marzipan Googled reviews on the two cakes and Mary Berrys was voted better than Sainsburys!

    Lots in Penrith
  • Just bought the sainsburys one to try, have already made the Tesco one and loved it. The sainsburys one looks a bit light weight compared to Tesco but for £2 will give it a go.
  • Lots left in Worle store at 4 o clock today .. they had moved them to the front of the store. There were none left yesterday so they must have had a big delivery !!

  • Sainsburys have reduced these down from £14.99 to £2. I just bought one at the Northampton store. They have also reduced the cake decorating sets to £3 if anyone wants to have a go at baking a cake

Tesco's have a set like this for £3, by Mary Berry or someone (From Britain's Best Baker) & I'm pretty sure that It comes with Icing and Marzipan.

i think it will be fine but just bear in mind it will probably cook quite a bit quicker so put it on the lower setting advised on the recipe and check it as soon as you can, ive used the mary berry one instead and it said you shouldnt check it until after 3.5 hours so if the ttd one is similar i would just make sure you check it at the soonest point. maybe someone else can come on and confirm, otherwise Asda has some fairly cheap baking tins i think! hope ive helped a bit there, good luck.

Sales, boots, charity shops, ebay- why would anyone ever pay full price for anything??!
