Settled :) How do i tell court?

Hi There
Lloyds TSB have today offered me a settlement in full which i have obviously accepted. Once they have paid me the money I will have to tell the court that it is now settled.
It has gone as far as me paying my £100 point court allocation fee and completing the court allocation questionnaire. They have settled 3 days after i did this.
So do I now just write to the court saying that there has been a settlement and ask the to close the case? Whats the correct terminology?
I'd also like to thank everyone on here for their help and encouragement over the past couple of months, and I encourage everyone to keep on going! It's worth it in the end.

Give the court a call. They can send you out a form to fill in (or you can go in and do this). How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
