There is nothing abusive in my posts.

Even the mods arent interested in your moans....

    Sigh....

I'm sorry but your attitude is not necessary round here - if you can't be nice to other members then please don't bother posting.

The speed of mod reaction is slower in some cases due to the volume of reports made.

If you can't avoid insulting members or being polite to them (case in point http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=49532503&postcount=3) then you will find your 'free' advice because your solicitor said he wanted lots of money won't materialise.

I doubt you will get any more replies to your issue here after your posts about other members.

I can see a PPR coming along soon.....

OP, for future reference......name calling simply because you dont like what was said (cant see anything in wealds post that could be classed as abusive, flippant perhaps but not abusive) will just lead others to not try and help!

After all, if you were doing something on a voluntary basis and you had the option of helping someone who is nice and polite or someone who is abusive.......which one would you help? Please keep this in mind when asking for help in the future.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
  • Obviously the solicitor just wanted you to go away so gave you some duff advice!

You have no need to understand what the other party thinks the SOGA means, it's up to you to understand it and enforce your rights under it! It appears you have failed to do this.
    Thinking critically since 1996....
