Solicitor question about our charity

Can someone help. Our solicitor has asked us whether our charity is either a 369a or 369b of the 1993 charities act. Does anyone know what this is please? I've looked it up on google but can't work out which we are.

This is new to me! Are you registered in Jersey, as opposed to the Charity Commission? Have you got a deed or governing document?
Have you asked why they want to know?Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?

Thanks for your replies. It's a bit of a long story but we have moved premises. We expressed interest in the new premises at the beginning of November and our solicitor said it would probably take about a month to sort the lease out. So I handed in notice to the current landlord who wanted a months notice. The solicitor of the new landlord has taken this long just to do the paperwork. We are in the new building but it's a 'lease at will' because the new landlords solicitor has dragged his heels so much. So basically we have a nice new premises which we cannot use for anything other than storage at the moment. Our solicitor who is dealing with everything on our side is going on holiday on 16th Dec. So if this doesn't get sorted by then we will have to wait till January to get it sorted. Now our solicitor has asked us the question above which I don't know the answer to. Personally I think it's an excuse for her to keep piling on the charges.
