I applied for this offer online at the end of November, and when I hadn't received anything by February I emailed the company and got a reply suggesting I ring their careline on 0800 454 611. I did this straight away and received profuse apologies and a promise to hurry up my order. It's now 13 March and I'm still waiting. I'm reluctant to say it's a scam, but just how inefficient can a reputable company be?
What magazine did you pick?
A friend is still waiting for her first copy of Good Housekeeping magazine, but I got the first copy of Prima magazine a couple of weeks ago.0 -
I'm glad I came across this thread. I totally forgot that I even claimed this and it has prompt me to realise that I hadn't received anything either. Better chase that up! Thanks for the reminder0

I've just read these posts and I am getting worried. I submitted the 3 tokens well before the end of the offer, but still haven't heard anything from PG.
I tried filling in the online question and submitted it, but got an "error try later" message. Grrrr! I might try phoning on Monday.0 -
I posted my PG Tips box tops in February before the promotion finished and have never received anything. I have only just got around to contacting the help line number and was told that an outside agency was used to deal with this promotions and they did a very bad job! Apparently I should have kept a record of the codes on the packets and it is now too late to do anything about it. The person at the Unilever helpline went away to see if I was on their "tracker" and said they had no record of my application. As per a previous bloggers post it beggars belief that a huge company like Unilever are quite happy to treat customers in a sloppy manner like this but it should act as a warning for future "offers" It was a huge TV campaign and a good will gesture would have been appreciated.0
