Has anyone else got this please?
I sent off my codes for my magazine subscription and received my information yesterday.
Apparently my Good Housekeeping subscription starts Feb 2012 and expires March 2012!!??
Thats one month not 3!!! :mad:
I feel totally ripped off. I could have saved more money by just buying the one copy.
Dont really know what to do about it.:(

I didn't receive anything at all yet had an email advising me to look out in the post for a special renewal offer...spooky eh?
Rang PG TIPS helpline. Profuse apologies, many problems, magazines will be sent.
Tomorrow (29th feb) is possibly the last date to claim the free subscriptions if you have codes lurking around the house.
I did mine online, no idea if that was the reason for non issue though.

I have been lucky and actually had my 3 free magazines but had to phone as the subscription card only said 2 months.0

Weirdly my 1st issue arrived 29th Feb (& I rang 28th Feb) - the very last day of the 8 weeks...hmm..don't think it would have been dispatched the day I rang as I chased them up after 5pm. Still 1 issue is here, have to see if I get another 2.
If anyone is waiting, do phone CS as should wake them up. They didn't ask for the codes I used so perhaps all records on file & they're just being rather slow at sending out ....;)Lurking in a galaxy far far away...0 -
I claimed this offer, had the Prima magazine and have received all 3 issues with no problems0

I applied for this offer online at the end of November, and when I hadn't received anything by February I emailed the company and got a reply suggesting I ring their careline on 0800 454 611. I did this straight away and received profuse apologies and a promise to hurry up my order. It's now 13 March and I'm still waiting. I'm reluctant to say it's a scam, but just how inefficient can a reputable company be?0
