I would not recommend this company - even to my worst enemy!
I ordered some furniture back on 2nd November & expected a 2 week delivery. I was then told that it would take up to 4 weeks delivery. When I chased up my order a few weeks later I was told that the item of furniture had not been included on the shipment from Asia & there would be a longer wait, or I could have a similar item - which was not suitable.
I decided that it was getting too close to Christmas to be waiting any longer, I wanted a full refund so I could buy elsewhere. At this point the relatively prompt & regular emails I was receiving stopped. I was unable to contact anyone by phone (The numbers are all invalid) & my emails went unanswered. I finally got a response by email where I was told refunds take up to 10 working days (working for a Bank I know this is not true) but was prepared to wait. 10 working days later I received no refund so I emailed once more - where I received no reply. I have emailed once more, but still no reply.
I am now trying to claim the £300 back from my credit card company.
Im all for giving a company the benefit of the doubt, but this is not acceptable & I would not recommend using them .
I thought I had got a good bargain from this site as the same item was nearly £100 more on other sites, but this is a definitely a company to be avoided at all costs.

  • I wish I'd read your review before I placed my order. I received my order 4 days late. The one piece of furniture was ok once I realised the instructions were backwards. The other piece has been a real problem. After 2 hours of trying to build it, it fell apart because the locking nuts aren't good enough quality. I emailed them immediately (no phone numbers exist) asking someone to call me. No response. 3 emails later and the mention of trading standards I was told I should get a professional to put it together or pay for their assembly service. When I explained that I thought that was a ridiculous response and that actually it had been looked at by a carpenter I had more responses from them. Again I emailed to tell them their customer service was the worst I'd ever experienced. Eventually I got a very patronizing email telling me that they would send me new lockibg nuts but that the furniture should only be assembled on hard floor as carpet can cause instability! They said I would receive the new nuts within a week. The nuts haven't arrived and I am entering my 4th week of having a piece of furniture in pieces! I have asked them in 4 separate emails to come and collect the furniture and give me a refund, which they just ignore! It looks like I too will be seeking a refund from my credit card company! I would advise everyone to stay well clear of this company.

    the good news is i was eventually given a refund just before christmas. After several patronising emails telling me to check all my bank accounts (how they would have got my other account details i do not know! ). They finally realised they had made a mistake and the refund hadn't been actioned. The blame was placed with temporary staff over christmas, which is surprising as reading some other reviews this is a problem at all times of the year! Im still waiting for the "luxury" chocolate hamper they will be sending to apologise. Needless to say im not holding my breath!
