I've found B & Q own brand to be brilliant at covering but only in certain colours. Very dark tends to be a bit patchy but mid tone and lighter colours I've not needed a second coat. For feature walls it's worth looking at their reduced section, you'd pick up a tin for 50p/£1 on there.0

I have just painted my living room and NEVER again will I buy cheap paint 3 coats later i was exhausted and in a lot of pain with knees due to up and down step ladder.
I was trying to save money as wanted new carpet and Sofas, I got two absolute bargain Sofasfrom
Argos courtesy of Grabbit and then 75& off my carpet,so could have afforded a Decorator to do it for me. Ah well its done now,carpet is fitted and Sofas coming tommorow, cant wait, I have a numb bum from sitting on dining chair for last two weeks.Slimming World at target0
