Leaking Velux window

There is a leak in the frame of one of our velux windows, It only happens occasionly - not every time it rains and is only in one edge. I have looked at it from inside and out and can not find any obvious fault.
Any ideas of the cause and what type of tradesman is likely to be able to help?
