How to get Talk Talk off my back???

Hi hope you can help.
I rang Talk Talk to cancel my service (I was out of contract) in August as I was moving house in September. My new buyer wanted to leave the phone line connected so I just informed them I would be moving, requested the change of ownership, filled the paperwork when it arrived etc.
The customer service representative offered to waive the September's bill as a gesture of good will as I've been with them for a few years (we don't use land line much and our August bill was being paid beginning of September by DD).
We moved, mid September cancelled our DD with TT, BUT they keep on sending the bills and other letters!
I was getting the emails from them in November - sorry you've requested migration to another provider (must be the new owner?) and other things. I rang them once more and thought that would be sorted, and I also emailed and got automatic email reply acknowledgement.
But no, TT are still sending me final notice for payments - to my name, old address (my post is redirected) for imaginary payments I still owe them.
What do I do? How do I get them off my back? I don't want to end up having to pay that bill, but I might just do that if that will mean getting rid of them, but will that really happen? How does one leave Talk Talk??

Don't worry, there'll be a Talk Talk Company Representative along shortly - who will suggest you go to the Talk Talk forum and log your problem there.
Except, of course, you can't because you're no longer a customer!Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
