Faulty childrens shoes

Hi all,
I purchased a pair of school shoes in September from M&S for my daughter. The shoes have become all worn at the sole and each shoe has a hole in it that i can fit my finger through. I don't think this is acceptable for 3 months wear ( less than that really if i dont include half term). However i don't have a reciept for the shoes so i'm not sure if i have any rights regarding the purchase. I am going into the store tomorrow so any info would be helpful

I had the same problem last year with a pair of M&S shoes for my son. I returned them for a refund and didnt have the receipt. My mother in law bought him some more M&S shoes this year and they got worn out really quickly too, im talking 33 days worth of wear as they were school shoes. I gave her them back and she returned them for a refund too. he most likely had her receipt though. I would say give it a go anyway, they are clearly from M&S and they are pretty good with customer service.0

The sole fell off my son's M&S shoes after 6 weeks, had no receipt as I'd bought them two months before school restarted and got a refund. I wasn't even expecting one, just wanted to point out the fault to them.Payment a day challenge: £236.69
