Commercial Property Insurance

I have been told that commercial property insurance premiums have dropped to just one quarter of what they were a year ago. Is there any data available to check this information please?

i would think there has been little change over the last year.
  • I would be suspicious of that statistic too, there have been a fair few Nat Cat issues such as Japan & NZ to ensure that premiums arent going southwards.

There will be no industry data for at least another 6 months or more available to the public. Not sure if one of the data companies have done recent analysis but the price of their reports arent cheap.
