  • damn, thought I'd get this for my mum...site is down.

big boots 2 minutse from my office, now can i sneak out, hmmm
  • I bought one last year (couldn't resist the hype etc!) and to be honest, I don't find it anything special, I've given some of it away, the puff was toooooooo big and cumbersome to use - I prefer the normal sized ones, so I definitely won't be buying one this year, I still have the shower gel untouched and the scrubs are huge I still have loads left of that.
  • I went to Boots in Braehead Glasgow at 9 this morning and everyone I passed had at least one. In the shop they had loads and the assistant told me they had received 2000 and were expecting another 1000 at 1pm today.
  • Hallelujah I finally got one!! :j Took 1 hour & 10 minutes online & it let me pay by debit card (maestro)... eventually!!

My DD had better be grateful for this come Christmas morning - the whole palaver reminds me of when I was queuing outside Woolworths & Argos for hours on end trying to get her teletubbies however many years ago!! :rotfl:

Grrrrr trying to checkout - have to keep refreshing the 'payment page', hope I don't end up paying for 20 or more!

Am going to try paypal, see if that helps - thanks for the tip!
