help.. filled in insurance form wrong

hi can anyone help i filled in an insurance online for my partner and paid for it they have now emailed me and said i never told them he had an accident 3 years ago which i never knew about. i only did this a week ago can i cancel it and get my money back or am i in trouble for filling in the form wrong thanks

You can cancel if you want to (check with them how much this will cost).
Or if they will still accept you with the info they now have, then see how much extra they want and decide which will be the most economical for you (cancel or pay the extra).
Or just remove the bad partner from the policy!!0
