Oh, half way through February and I am not doing very well. I had to raid the moneybox for a £2 coin (although not the super shiny £2 coin!) for the bus fare the other morning as my purse was empty I think there must be a serious shortage of £2 coins around as I haven't had one in my change for ages ....:hello: Trying my best to money save! :j:grinheart Sealed Pot Challenge 6 #2100 :grinheart0

So you should Dizzy. Birthdays, especially big ones are well worth savouring. And kitty should get an extra helping of food for helping you get another £2.

Well good on you for taking that opportunity retired and skint.
Good on you for paying off a bit of the debt naomin. Every little helps.
Don’t you go worrying about everyone else keys. What matters is what you can save for you. Just remember thatin reality £2 coins are pretty scarce, but they do add up to a nice amount in ayear for most people so I hope you have a good surprise when you do count thepot.

Up until yesterday I hadn't seen any £2 coins this week. Then I met a pal over lunch and she got one in her change, which I had to "buy" from her of course.
Today I went for lunch before going to the theatre (to see Zach Braff's play - awesome!) and my friend also put a £2 coin in, but I had no change to buy it off her with:mad:. However on the way home I bought something to drink and got one back in my change which made up for the earlier disappointment.:j
Then tonight my sister called and she's got another 6 for me. I can't believe how much I've saved in such a short space of time (I did start early in December so I have a month on most of you), and am now thinking it's not impossible I'll have at least £200 saved for my hols at the end of May. Though I'd probably have a third of that if it wasn't for my sister helping me out. :rotfl:0
