Ive had 2 more £2 over the past week yay :T

Could I please join? I have just started saving £2 coins in a tin and have so far I think I have saved about 7 of them. I am just going to keep going until I have filled my tin and don't plan on keeping count. I have just opened a sealed tin where I saved 50 pences and have collected £73 so quite pleased with that.

Nothing for weeks for me then two come along in one day in different locations. This takes me back to the total I had before we had to use £4 for rip-off bus fares to pick up our car from MOT. Hopefully back on track now. :j

Just went to put one in my tin and it stood on end in the slot and needed a really good rattle to drop in properly, so think I need to make a concerted effort (ie asking the girls at work to give me any they have in the tills in my change when I buy dinner) to see if I can get it completely filled soon!

hi could i join please i started saving my £2s after reading this thread earlier this year have banked £140, i save them in an empty jelly bean tube and bank when im going am saving for my hols next august so hoping my £2s will equate for much of the cost and maybe some spending money too.tube was emptyed last week so my start is £4
