Hi I live in a flat with a Gledhill water storage heater. I have home insurance which covers repairs to the storage heater but not a replacement. the storage heater is leaking and the insurance company has said it is beyond repair even though it is only 4 years old. i contacted the developer of the flat and they said they will only put right a fault if ordered to by the NHBC. they also said the storage heater should have been serviced each year. the NHBC said they are only interested in structural faults. do i have any rights as a consumer?
