Thanks to everyone for all the replies - looks like I'll be going for a second-hand Jumperoo if possible. Now I just have to find one locally.
  • I had 2 bouncers (one vibrated) and my daughter didnt like any of them, so whever you go for my advice is dont pay too much just incase its a waste of money x
    1,2 & 5p: Christmas day food £9.31
    10 & 20p: misc savings £2.70
    50p: Christmas presents £3.50
    £2: holidays £2.00

I was told by a physiotherapist that baby bouncers were really bad for posture and so have avoided them.
  • I have been looking at Jumperoos almost every day for a month in the hope of finding a bargain leading upto and including xmas sales, but no luck. I was, however, very annoyed by elc/mothercare. I was just doing my usual look through after not checking for about 4 days and elc had them on sale for only £47!! Of course they were sold out, so I went into Mothercare and asked them to sell me one at the price on the elc website and they too were sold out. In fact I think they were sold out BEFORE they put them at the sale price. Mothercare also refused to sell me the one on the shop floor as they were going to sell them again in the spring/summer. The item has now been removed but I'm still pee'd off. Tesco also had these for sale last March for just over £40.

So now I'm back to checking every day and watching/bidding on ebay, problem is they are overpriced 2nd hand as they are so popular. I don't want to pay someone £55 quid for something they paid £45 quid for originally.

    :(
