If thinking of ordering from warehouse online, be prepared to be ignored if there is a problem with your order,
After ordering a £70 item that hasn't arrived its almost impossible to get in touch with anyone, if you email customer services they say that they will contact you within 24hrs- they don't, there is no contact tel number, and even trading standards had problems getting a address to write to. Really poor for a big store!
