Not Vista compatable...

`The Orange broadband service can be used with Microsoft Vista however some of the connection software is not currently supported. We're working towards fully supporting Vista and can assist in getting you connected through our online help or our customer service team. (0870) :rolleyes:

A current summary of our connectivity is as follows:

Broadband Unlimited wired connection - Vista compatible

Broadband Unlimited wireless connection through a Wireless card - not currently compatible

Broadband Starter - not currently compatible (no support given)

Broadband Unlimited wireless connection through a 121g wireless adapter - not currently compatible`

It has to be asked.........WHY not, Orange, it`s been coming for 5 years

I have the solution

I changed my livebox to use WEP encryption ONLY and now vista connects fine

WEP isn't as secure but it's better than nothing. WPA also works - but I needed to use wep due to older hardware being on my network.

wish they had that up when I was first using Vista!
