I made a lovely but not very healthy desert last night, had a few after eight mints and a bit more normal choc left from Christmas, made a cheesecake, added Cocoa to the topping, put bits of choccy in the base and melted the after eights with some other chocolate with a little milk and poured over base before adding the topping. It was soooo nice! One day I might be more organised...........

Cut a jaffa orange in half, top with crushed chocolate digestives and microwave for about 30 sec. Yummy:j Baby bonce was born on Christmas morning after a ridiculously short labour and no pain relief! If only losing the baby weight was as easy!:T0

I made a little blueberry cheese cake the other day and very nice it was I used Mascopone which I have never had before.
I bashed up a few digestive biscuits and added a little honey and olive oli magatine to bind it. I but it in bottom of ramakin. Then added a few mashed blueberries and put the Mascopone on top then left in the fridge over nite. Next day took them out of the ramakin and made a buleberry type source(water blueberries and little light sugar (Spelenda) which I out in top of the cheese cake.
I have to say that this was very yummy. I would have used Mascarpone light to make it a little more healthier but I couldnt find any. Does anyone know where you can buy some ?"The time is always right to do what is right"0
