Bar spotlight - one not working - how to fix

Hi,
We have a bar style spotlight (like a metal bar with 3 spotlights attached to it - the type you can angle each spotlight to face in different directions. It is one whole light fitting, not individual spotlights. (like the cheap kind you can get in B&Q/Wilko etc)
2 lights are working fine but the 3rd won't work even after putting in new bulb. Is there a way we can easily fix the 3rd one/find out what's up with it?
Would rather not have to replace whole fitting if we don't have to as difficult to find one same size and will mean ceiling damage and having to repaint etc.
Also, is it dangerous as it is with power presumably still going to the 3rd bulb even though it isn't working?
Thx!

you will probably have to remove the fitting to test it and find out the problem.
i did a simler job the other week. the fitting took the small es bulbs.
i discovered the neutral connections at the side of the screw in bulbs was not contacting at all.
no wonder the thing wasnt working. i used a small screwdriver to prise the connectors back again.
worked like a dream and saved the owner a few quid.
cheap chinese rubbish.Get some gorm.0
