HSBC Back Dated Statements

Has anyone ever had to get these?

Pain in the backside. Why cant they get the internet statements to be PDF's like the CC statements? I need a back dated bank statement for a mortgage application.

I now have to wait 5-6 working days and pay £2 for a back dated statement for them to send one.

I cant get one from branch as they need time to print it off.

No wonder I am in the process of switching to First Direct!

First Direct being part of HSBC is the same as far as online banking is concerned.
  • Correct, but their statements are a lot easier to come by.
