We've been viewing properties, and have been asked all of the following:
> How soon can we move? I wouldn't recommend asking this - it sounded pushy!
> Are we in a chain?
> What did we want to know about the area?
We also got told about the neighbours!0 -
I always asked "are you local" If they are they probably don't need you to tell them about local schools, shops, bus routes etc. If they are not local maybe ask why they are looking at your area & be ready to tell them about local schools, bus routes etc.
Best thing is to try to gauge from them, how chatty they are etcThanks to all who post comps :A :T0
