Saving EDF bills to my computer?
With the EDF "MyAccount" site seeming to go offline regularly for maintenance I wanted to save my bills on my computer but for some reason that option isn't available when I "view my bill", is there any way to get around this?
I know I could print them but the whole point of online billing is to avoid mounds of paper!
Thanks in advance!

It opens as a PDF -just click on the save icon and direct it to wherever you desire.0

Yes, it opens as a PDF but there are none of the usual Adobe buttons at the top, or any Firefox buttons otherwise I could do the usual file/save page!
I found a way around it if anyone else is having this problem. Copy the URL from the address bar and paste it into a new window, this will give you the normal Firefox buttons to allow you to save the page.0 -
Must be something to do with your Firefox set up - it opens fine for me and has the "normal" Acrobat buttons available. Does it open as a new page when you click on "view my bill" or does it open within the same page??0

If you move the cursor to the bottom of the image, you may get a toolbar appear. Click on the Adobe icon at the right hand end, and the Adobe Toolbar appears as normal in the browser.

Thanks Victor, that worked! Now I just have to remember that the next time I get a bill! :rotfl:0
