hidden extra's on top of mortgage

now then,
This is probably a 'how long is a piece of string' question, but i'm sure someone can give me a ball park figure here.
If i was to pick up a mortage for 100k my monthly payments work out to be £625
Now, i can just about cover that, but after coming from a renting environment where everything was pretty much included for about £300 i am unsure of the other costs i need to factor in.
therefore could anyone give me a rough outline of my extra billls such as building insurance, council tax ( band A ) , ultility bills etc.. probably lots of others iv'e missed too.
