  • It seems this deal from a couple of years ago is still valid, for those stocking up early for Christmas...

Can only find paper, crackers and cards! No decorations and no trees!
  • Whoops, didn't notice, too busy looking at the cards. I'll amend the title

Just going slightly off subject... wilkos has a lovely Christmas range this year, with sweet shop crackers etc. They had a massive range in store on Saturday. I loved the 'millions' crackers and giant crackers.

I don't think it says how much wrapping paper is actually on a roll does it? It says 1.5 metres, I would really hope that is the length of the tube, not how long the paper is on it, cause that won't get much wrapping done! I can't work out if it is good value.
So so SO tired of being ripped off, and mislead
    Hope sharing saves some pain.

The box dimensions would suggest that 1.5m is the length of the
Wrapping paper. The height is 71cm I think it said so the length is only 1.5m I'm guessing sadly.
  • Do you use different wrapping paper for Santa's gifts and ones from yourselves to the children?

I ask as a mum friend of mine, wraps all gifts in 1 paper as she cannot be 'bothered' to buy multiple colours/designs. Her children never question the gifts and who they are from.

My children, ask who each gift is from so that they can write thankyou's. They would also wonder what I had bought them so I wrap a small gift up in another paper.

The rolls are 70cm tall and have 1.5m of paper on each one - not exactly a bargain at £4 for 6m of moderate quality paper, a few bows and some ribbon!
