As a personal customer, none of them.
As a trade customer, it depends what percentage discounts you have negotiated.
We have company Barclaycards at work and normally use Wickes (owned by Travis Perkins) or B&Q for incidental/top-up supplies, as they are usually cheaper. Bulk orders may be cheaper at the builders merchants, but not always.

Phone the local branch of each one up for a quotation.
Hardly anyone pays the 'shelf' or published prices. Your discount will depend upon stock levels, delivery/collection, what you want and when.
