Used to buy these for quite a few years, then had an eyetest back in the summer & the optician recommended Acuvue Moist.
I used my NHS voucher to purchase about 7 months worth, however, I ran out of the supply last week, so went back to daysoft ones.
Only used the daysoft ones twice & my eyes are feeling quite irritated & sore. Not sure whether it's the lenses or something else.
How do other people find these lenses? I'm thinking I may have to return them & bite the bullet & buy the Acuvue Moist lenses.

Before I got my eyes lasered, I used daily disposables. Like you, I started off on Acuvue Moist - then used the Daysoft ones for about 4 or 5 years, no problems at all. Make sure you havent got an infection - also have you tried Blink eyedrops or Hypromellose eyedrops? They are only a couple of quid and really helped me (I use a PC and an interactive whiteboard all day in my job, which is really drying on the eyes).0

Where can I buy those eyedrops you mentioned? Can you use the drops whilst wearing lenses?0

Oh, Boots! Should have said. The Hypromellose ones are behind the pharmacy counter in a wee white bottle - the Blink ones are in boxes of little vials with the contact lens stuff.
I used them when wearing lenses - just dont put too much in, or your lenses will come loose! It says on the box of the Blink ones which are suitable for lens wearers.0 -
Blink contact drops and blink intensive tears can be used with lenses, the blink in the blue box can't.0

I have found the same...I used to use Daysoft, went to Acuvue Moist and recently went back to Daysoft because my optician had no Acuvue. I found them quite painful and went back to the optician who said my eyes looked good, and after looking at the Daysoft packaging said the formulation had recently changed.
He found me some Acuvue Moist and I've gone back to them...I'm so glad I don't use Daysoft anymore!0 -

I've been using Daysoft for a few years. I don't tend to leave my lenses in for more than 10 hours a day and only wear for 4 or 5 days a week. No problems, In fact at my last contact lens eye test, my optician asked what I wore as my eyes were in such good health - then asked me for the web address!0

I've been wearing Daysoft lenses for a couple of years.
I've had no problems at all with them. I have regular check ups with my local optician and he said that my eyes are in good health and my vision is excellent with them.
I usually wear them every day for about 10 hours.
They only take a couple of days to arrive when I order them.
Yes, my eyes sometimes feel a bit dry towards the end of the day if I have been working a lot on the computer, but I found that with other lenses as well. A couple of eye drops sorts that out.
I would recommend them especially for the price!0
