I'm looking to replace my 11 year old Epson printer as I'm fed up of it drinking ink.
I don't do a huge amount of printing - but print photos, pdf documents and webpages.
I've been looking online and have found 2 that I quite like:
Kodak Hero 9.1 and Canon Pixma MG8150.
Does anyone have either or these - or any other suggestions? I don't mind paying a bit for a printer if the running costs are low (I don't use compatible inks) but I'd like good quality for the photos.
Thanks

Some have posted about Kodak build quality
The Kodak has a combined colour cartridge which can be wasteful if your photos have lots of green or blue etc.
Says temporarily out of stock here, so could be worth asking when they will get one, or see if the more buying choices prices on the right are acceptable if you need one now

I have a couple of identical photo printers and have printed the same image on one with genuine inks and one with compatibles, no one can tell difference.0 -
Don't forget that it's in the interests of printer manufacturers to get you to use lots of their ink, because the printers are almost free!
Buy this month's PC Pro magazine Issue 208 (Feb 2012, would you believe!) for a review of the "lifetime ink costs" of sixteen inkjet printers.0
