I purchased a faulty Garmin Sat Nav from B4UDirect in August 2009. Within 10 days (7 working days) of purchasing and using it I noticed that there was a fault which caused the unit to randomly switch off while operating. It would also occasionally lock up. What did Garmin say?

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
