Part Ownership

Hiya we are both in our fifties and married in 2010. We are looking into part ownership of our house as we are starting over and there are things we would like to do with the house but do not have the funds to do it. Anyone any advice on this as we understand athat is not as easy as it sounds

    not sure what you mean. do you mean you own the house and want to release the equity or you want to buy a shared ownership property?
